Kigali Paramount Hotel - Employment Opportunities
Located in the Republic of Rwanda within the upscale area of Kigali, Kagarama in Kicukiro district, near Mount Kigali University and DMC Hospital, along K28A avenue, Kigali Paramount Hotel is set to open its doors in early 2025. The hotel will be one of the first luxury hotels in the Great Lakes region to offer exceptional guest experiences, focusing on training, innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage room reservations and ensure accurate guest information in the system.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions securely.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
