Background:

World Vision International Rwanda is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programs in 30 Districts of Rwanda. The Market Systems Development Specialist will be responsible for driving and managing the development of inclusive market systems that enable efficient, sustainable, and inclusive market system engagement between World Vision, Producers, and other key market systems actors.

Responsibilities:

• Mapping of key stakeholders and coordination of the Market and Value Chain Analysis
• Monitoring, evaluation, reporting, learning, and knowledge management
• Partnerships, Networking, External Engagements, and Advocacy
• Acquisition of grants and resources

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in economic development/Market System development projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Rural Development, or related field
• Good understanding of key market system-related project models and approaches
