JOB DETAILS:
The HQ PEAT Ltd is a project located at Mamba Sector in Gisagara District seeks to recruit qualified machine operators, mechanic of heavy-duty machines (CAT or Agricultural tractor machines) to support his peat mining activity project located in Mamba, Gisagara District/ Southern Province of Rwanda. .

Roles and Responsibilities For Machine Operators:
• Carry out daily machine inspections and completing the checklists as required
• Carrying out daily routine lubrication of all moving parts
• Carrying out and cleaning machines
• Repair, servicing a tractor (high tech tractor shall be added value)
• Capable to detect/ready from the machine screen the malfunction of the machine
• Monitor the machine operations procedures and ensure that the machine is always in use
• Regular monitoring of fuel and fluid level and report for urgent required action
• Always double checking the machine operations conditions are respected
• Assist maintenance crews, when required
• Able to work shifts
• Hearing and vision to be good
• Communicate with immediate supervisor on daily duties.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Academic Qualification:
• A valid Rwandan Driver’s License.
• Must have a code 10, heavy-duty vehicle license. Have a min of 4 years driving heavy-duty vehicles, trucks, or off-highway vehicles.
