Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Certified MEP Draftsman with 7–10 years of proven experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and layouts in compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to produce coordinated MEP drawings.
• Ensure that all drawings adhere to local and international codes, and assist in securing necessary authority approvals.
• Conduct coordination studies to identify and resolve potential conflicts between MEP systems and other disciplines.
• Maintain and organize drawing documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

E-commerce solutions

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in MEP drafting, preferably with involvement in large-scale construction projects.
• Certification in MEP Drafting or related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit and BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a must.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with governing standards and regulations related to MEP designs.
• Excellent attention to detail, task-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Experience working on Hospital or Healthcare Projects is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of local authority submission processes and MEP codes relevant to healthcare facilities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• Additional certification in MEP Drafting, AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM is highly desirable.
