JOB DETAILS:

INTEGRATED POLYTECHNIC REGIONAL COLLEGE - KIGALI .

Job Responsibilities
• To provide technical support to lecturers/Assistant lecturers /instructors and students
• Assess the range and volume of work to be undertaken for the day or days ahead and plan accordingly
• Implement received instructions and seek advice where necessary from lecturers/Assistant lecturers /instructors
• To prepare tools and materials as required for plactical lessons in time before the lessons start.
• To maintain clean working environment
• Maintain tools so that they are ready for use and carry out equipment servicing.
• Ensure that the laboratory/work environment is maintained to the standard required to deliver the appropriate level of training and here to basic health and safety procedures affecting self and others
• To Keep laboratory records and carry out record keeping, filing and reporting
• Requesting the materials, tools and equipments from logistic.
• To issue the equipment, tools, and materials to the students and keep records.
• To assist in ordering of equipments and consumables and maintain records of assets.
• To participate in IPRC activities as asighned by the immediate supervisor.
• Carrying out duties requiring competence such participating in consultancy services.
• Contributing on issues that are useful to the development of IPRC facilities.
• Participate in meetings, seminars, and training session to obtain information useful to the IPRC facilities

• Advanced diploma In electrical Technology, Advanced diploma in Electromechanical Technology, Advanced diploma in industrial automation or Advanced diploma in mechatronics.
