JOB DETAILS:

INTEGRATED POLYTECHNIC REGIONAL COLLEGE - KIGALI .

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and making requests.
• Maintenance of ICT equipment’s
• To manage the day to day Lab activities.
• Reporting on daily activities and any incidence that may occur.
• To collect and prepare appropriate lab equipment including handling and keeping in a condition that is suitable.
• Carry out monthly Lab equipment’s inventory.
• Perform regular LAB maintenance and repair.
• Provide technical advice and assistance
• Provide technical support and install new software for computer users
• Monitors physical security of assigned department assets; controls access to premises, observes user activities and facility utilization shifts, provides materials, training, and assistance as needed.
• Supervision of lab equipment and facilities, keeping records of equipment and lab supplies.
• Assist users in the lab by demonstrating the proper use of the equipment and how to use the hardware and software.
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Applicants should meet the following academic and professional qualifications:
• Having at least an Advanced Diploma (A1) in ICT, IT, Digital Media Production, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication or any other related field
• Having at least 2 years of experience in sound systems
