World Relief Rwanda is a fully and legally registered non-profit organization operating in Rwanda since 1994 with a mission to empower the local church to serve the most vulnerable and specializes in developing sustainable solutions for countries emerging from complex humanitarian disasters. It is on this regard that we are looking for bidders to offer a financial proposal for IT EQUIPMENTS.

Terms Of Reference And Criteria Of Acceptability
The company should clearly understand and respect the following:
• If a bid is won, not to change the prices presented in the bid during the distribution process. The prices should remain as they appear on the price quotation presented by the bidder to World Relief Rwanda until the contract execution is completed,
• If a bid won, should be ready to deliver per demand for a period of 10 months,
• The prices offered have to include all taxes; meaning that all taxes are under the bidder’s responsibility,
• Respect the time of delivery that shall be agreed upon in the service delivery contract,
• Transport of goods shall be under the bidder’s responsibility.

Selection Criteria
• The bidder should be legally registered in Rwanda Development Board.
• Affordable and real prices,
• Experience in similar tendering exercise,
• Remarkable service delivery;
• The bidder must have Electronic Bill Machine or E-Filling Tax Acknowledgement receipt of last year CIT-Corp. income tax.
• The tender takes immediate effect after the signing of the contract.

Interested bidders should submit the following documents:
• Financial proposal including taxes
• Bidder profile including contact and physical address.
• Proof of ownership of EBM machine or E-Filling Tax Acknowledgement receipt of last year CIT-Corp. income tax
• RDB Business Registration
• Provide references for similar work successfully completed for other organizations.
• Bank slip of non-refundable amount of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 FRW). This payment can be done to World Relief Rwanda bank account N° 00040-00321369-41 /FRW opened in Bank of Kigali.
We are pleased to inform all interested suppliers to submit well sealed bid documents clarifying the prices at World Relief Rwanda, Kigali head office tender reference number: N°02/FY22/WRR, Tender name: Tender For Delivery Of It Equipments.
The deadline for submission is March 14th, 2022 at 10:00 AM. The opening session of the bid documents will take place on March 14th,2022 at 10:30 AM in the presence of candidates or their representatives. For the list of items, refer to the attached.
