BK Group Plc is seelding to recruit a local, regional or an international service provider with demonstrable hands-on experience to carry out audit and refresh services of the existing BK Group brand and its subsidiaries in a bid to re-write the group's brand narrative and build a powerhouse brand across the Rwandan market and beyond.

Terms of Reference for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 27/03/2023. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 21/04/2023 at 3:30pm. Interested bidders shall be required to register and submit both technical and financial proposals online using a link that will be shared from the 27th/03/2023.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs for local companies or USD for foreign companies. Provide a project methodology, implementation plan, a proposed team structure with their detailed CVs and any other requirement specified in the Terms of References. Interested bidders should also submit the following minimum documents:

1. Detalled company profile

2. Company registration certificate

3. RSSB Clearance certificate for local companies

4. RRA Tax Clearance certificate for local companies
