Easy and Possible Organization (EPO) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering youth, women, and children. Registered with the Rwanda Governance Board under certificate number 342/RGB/NGO/LP/07/2018 and published in the official gazette No 25 of 24/06/2019, EPO focuses on four key areas: Youth Empowerment, Health and Nutrition, Education, and Environment. Our mission is to educate, secure, and improve livelihoods within communities.
Easy and Possible Organization operates a community media house that includes an FM radio station ( Isano Radio 92.0 fm ) , Public Places Community Media (PPCM), an online newspaper, a YouTube TV channel, and various social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, among others). EPO’s Community Media House plays a crucial role in providing reliable and quality information to empower citizens and support effective communication of government and public policies.

Qualifications: Passionate university students or graduates (A0, A1)

Responsibilities and Duties
• Produce at least 2 video documentary per week
• Present live news 2 times a week
• Produce 3 feature stories a week
• Flexible to join sport and talk show department as complementary duties

Requirement and skills
• Proficiency in research skills to gather accurate information from multiple sources.
• Both audio and video documentary development and presentation skills and knowladge
• Radio Programs presentation skills at the medium resolution level (entertaining Radio Programs,sports shows, Live match commentary and news reporting and presentation).
• Rwandan Media Law and ethics as his code of conduct
• Genuine enthusiasm for news, demonstrated through active involvement or previous experience in news reporting.
• Ability to conduct insightful interviews with all concerned sources of informations and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using computer tools such as Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, and others.
• Team working spirit
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda. English and French are considered as added advantage).
• Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of Rwanda and less than 35 years

Job Location: Rubavu, Rwanda
Benefits: Interns will receive a monthly stipend of 100,000Frw for the duration of their six-month internship.
