Title: Recruitment of an Individual National Consultant to conduct a Governance portfolio Evaluation

The Transformational Governance Unit (TGU) of UNDP Rwanda is one of the two key programmatic units and leads the work in the governance area. In this regard, UNDP is implementing governance projects in partnership with national counterparts that constitute the Transformational Governance Portfolio that requires the services of an Individual Consultancy to perform the work described in this document. 

In consideration of Individual Consultancy qualifications, we are hereby inviting you to submit an offer for this particular assignment.  To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following :
