Job description:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources at the African Head Office to ensure the normal operation of the human resources system at the African Head Office;
  • Responsible for the recruitment and training of personnel at the African Head Office to ensure timely manpower supply at the African Head Office;
  • Responsible for the performance management and salary accounting for local employees at the African Head Office to ensure the rationality of manpower input and output;
  • Responsible for the establishment of the basic personnel system of the African Head Office to ensure the legitimacy and rationality of the local personnel system;
  • Responsible for handling local staff's rewards & punishments and employee disputes to ensure that relevant matters are handled in a timely and effective manner;
  • Responsible for the personnel matters of the Rwandan Branch to ensure the manpower supply of the Branch;
  • To guide and supervise the heads of human resources of African branches in their work;
  • To assist the human resources department of the Group Headquarters in training and providing suitable talents for African branches;
  • To perform other tasks temporarily arranged by the superior.

Job requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or related majors;
  • Proficient in English and French, Chinese speaker is preferred;
  • At least 8 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of experience as a human resources manager;
  • Good communication skills, able to work under great pressure, strong and rationality, good team spirit;
  • Able to travel to African countries (about 2 months a year for business trips and about 1-2 weeks for each trip)
