TENDER TITLE: Hiring an Event Organizer for Rwanda Mining Week 2025 event

Rwanda Convention Bureau on behalf of Rwanda Mining Board wishes to hire an experienced eligible Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) to carry out the organization and management of the afore-mentioned event, to take place from the 2^nd to 5^th December 2025.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of References.

The tender documents with detailed terms of references may be obtained on any working day in Procurement Office, RCB Headquarter in RDB building, 5^th floor upon presentation of proof of payment of non-refundable fees amounting to Rwf 10,000 payable on RCB account number 0009507728806-72 open in Bank of Kigali (BK).

Eligible bidders must submit well-printed, properly bound proposals in a sealed envelope that clearly highlights the tender reference number, the title of the tender, and the bidder's name, as well as a soft copy proposal on an external hard drive, to the RCB procurement office by Wednesday, July 10th, 2025 at 10:00 AM local time.

Bids will be opened immediately in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
