Rwanda Medical Supply Ltd (RMS Ltd) is a large-scale corporation created and owned by the government of Rwanda mandated to ensure the availability of health commodities for public health sector in Rwanda and managing the end-to-end health supply chain for Rwanda.

To fulfill this mandate, RMS LTD has to perform successfully the supply chain processes through procurement, storage and distribution of health commodities to the public health institutions in the country.

RMS Ltd controls the medicines supply chain across the country through its head offices in Kacyiru where it operates a central warehouse and manages the operations of 30 branches (former district pharmacies) in all districts. In all these branches, a good internet connection is a key for daily operation.

Some RMS branches located in rural areas need an improved internet connectivity. It is in this framework that RMS wants to hire a service provider of STARLINK internet.

The Requirements:

The bidder is requested to provide the quotation for starlink internet connection subscription installation, at RMS Facilities, these facilities include but not limited to the following

1. Free Zone _MAsoro Rms
2. Ngororero Rms Branch
3. Rutisiro Rms Branch
4. Nyabihu RMS Branch
5. Rulindo RMs Branch
6. Gakenke Rms Branch
7. Any Other RMS facility that can be decided later

Supplier Requirements

1. Certificate of Incorporation in similar services (RDB registration certificate).
2. Proof of experience in similar services

Price Schedule

Note:

1. The bidders are requested to clarify/advise how the payment of the monthly subscription will be done. And estimated time line to complete the installation per site
2. The prices should be taxes inclusive where applicable.
3. The contract will be framework for one-year renewable twice.

Well printed offers, properly bound and presented in two copies, one of which is the original, must be couriered or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope marking the reference number of the tender at the reception of the address below before 26/09/2024 at 10:00 am local time. Late offers will not be accepted. Opening of the offers will be the same day at 10:30am local time at the following address.
