TENDER NOTICE (TN) INVITATION FOR BID

TITLE: Hiring a Consulting firm to support in preparation and facilitation of SMEs demo day and Pitching events under CIRF-Program for Rwanda.

CLIENT: Cleaner Production and Climate Innovation Centre (CPCIC)

The Cleaner Production and Climate Innovation Centre (CPCIC) hereby invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders with expertise in the preparation and facilitation of SMEs Demo Day and Pitching events.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all consultant Firms specialized in the field specified above. Terms of reference may be obtained by lodging a request at procurement_cpcic@nirda.gov.rw with copy to info_cpcic@nirda.gov.rw CPCIC is committed to environmental protection and hence, no physical documents will be issued. Only those who will have requested the Terms of reference (ToR) through email will be eligible to bid.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security from financial institutions or insurance company equivalent to Five hundred and twenty thousand (RWF 520,000).

Well-presented bids, properly organized, must be delivered to the CPCIC Offices, located in Kigali City Tower, 13^th Floor not later than September 9^th, 2024 at 10:00 AM Local time.Late bids shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 10:30 AM local time.
