TENDER NOTICE

TITLE OF THE TENDER: hiring a consultant firm for conducting feasibility study and planning for Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Specialized Hospital (IOSH) expansion

Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Specialized Hospital (IOSH) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) within the Tender for hiring a consultant firm for conducting feasibility study and planning for Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Specialized Hospital (IOSH) expansion funded by Ordinary budget.

1. IOSH  now solicits proposals to provide the following consulting services: Tender for hiring a consultant firm for conducting feasibility study and planning for Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Specialized Hospital (IOSH) More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
2. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to to all registered firms, having a Rwandan trade license, specialized in the field.
3. A Consultant will be selected under a QCBSmethod and procedures described in this RFP, in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date.
4. Request for proposal can be obtained from the procurement office of IOSH starting from 20/06/2024 upon presentation of prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf) Bank of Kigali
5. A site visit is scheduled on 28/06/2024 at 9:00AM and shall be conducted at the location of IOSH’’s building. Proposal written in French or English language, addressed to the Director General of IOSH, P.O Box 105 Kigali, proposal will be submitted to the office of the Procurement Officer of IOSH.
6. Financial Proposal will be submitted separately with Technical Proposal
7. The bids shall remain valid for 120 calendar days following the bids opening date.
8. The deadline is fixed on 04/07/2024 at 10:00AM and the opening of proposals is fixed on the same date at 10:30AM prompt local time at the  IOSH’s conference-room
