The Smart Africa alliance has received grant from the World Bank toward the cost ofDigital Transformation for Africa/ Western Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (DTfA/ WARDIP) SOP-1andintends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services.

The consultant services (“the Services”) is for individual consultant for environmental and social safeguard specialist for Smart Africa Digital Academy - DTfA/ WARDIP SOP-1 for a period of three (3) years renewable upon satisfactory performance and availability of funds.

The Smart Africa Alliance now invites eligible individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The selection criteria will be based on qualifications and relevant experience.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” December 2023 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
