JOB DETAILS:
Hair Ventilator
Mlc Grooming Ltd in Kigali, Rwanda is looking for a Hair Ventilator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
• Fastens human hair to foundation material to make wigs
• Hooks strands in holes of foundation with ventilating needle and knots them to fasten hair securely
• Cuts off uneven ends protruding beyond knots and repeats operations until wig is completed according to sample or instructions
• Combs out hair when wig is finished
• May be designated according to area of wig worked on as First Front Ventilator; Part Maker
• Help to maintain cleanliness of the shop and your station
• Learning and perfecting new styles and techniques
• Review performance and identify areas of opportunity to maximize effectiveness

Qualifications
• Working with hair (Combing, Parting, Breading). Note: professional experience not required
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Ability to remain patient and positive
• Outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong attention to detail

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
