Looking for an experienced General Manager for managing a Foam Mattress Industry in Kigali, Rwanda involved in local and export markets, the role would be to manage all operations, workforce organising, sales and marketing, to oversee and have good understanding of accounts and taxation. Focus would be to increase operation efficiency and develop export markets.

Qualifications Expectation:
• MBA in Marketing / MBA in Finance
• Experience: Minimum 7-10years in Manufacturing and preferably atlest 3-4yrs in African markets
• Languages: English & French (speaking atleast)
• Capacity: To appreciate and lead the team, be inspirational and guide sub-ordinates clearly to targets set, review regularly performance of the team and company
