JOB DETAILS:
Juárez & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Financial and Administrative Assistant to support the Financial & Administrative Coordinator in our work on the TURA project in Rwanda. The Financial Assistant will assist in performing essential financial and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance with procedures and regulations. This position will be on-site in Kigali and will involve assisting with financial reporting, record-keeping, and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
The Financial and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
• Preparing financial reports.
• Calculating and maintaining records of local travel expenses.
• Preparing authorization forms and quotes for purchasing goods and services.
• Managing procurement records.
• Keeping files of local staff and consultants up to date.
• Assist the efficiency of daily administrative proceses
Qualifications
• Minimum of a bachelor degree with accounting studies and having CPA part two level is preferable.
• Minimum two years of experience as a financial and administrative assistant, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and a collaborative work style.
• Experience working with international organizations or NGOs is desirable.
