MUGANGA SACCO invites sealed competitive quotations for qualified audit firms to submit technical and financial proposals for financial audit and certification of MUGANGA SACCO financial statements.

Interested audit firms can obtain the details of the tender along with the terms & conditions of the tender from MUGANGA SACCO Head office, 1^st floor of the Silverback Mall, Kicukiro – Near Sonatube roundabout, KK 15 Road. Telephone: + (250) 0788124500, procurement@mugangasacco.rw. on any working day with effect from 06/05/2025 upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (Frw10,000) on account N^o583427377510131 of Muganga SACCO opened in BPR.

Well detailed two offers (i.e. Technical offer and financial offer) which shall have to be enclosed in two different envelopes each marked as “Technical offer” and another one as “Financial offer” presented in three copies one as the “ORIGINAL” and other marked as “COPY” shall be presented to Director General of Muganga SACCO, 1^st Floor of Silverback Mall, Kicukiro – Sonatube, KK 15 Road, Telephone: + (250) 0788 124 500, not later than 28/05/2025 at 10:00 AM Local time. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30 AM Local time in MUGANGA SACCO Conference room. Late bids will be rejected.
