Background
AOS LTD is a Service Provider that was established from the Joint Venture between the Government of Rwanda and Korea Telecom and is incorporated under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda. The company is engaged in the business of providing advanced Information and Communication Technology (“ICT”) services based on a state-of-the-art Data Center, System development and Integrations, e-Gov projects implementation and Consulting among others.
In order to effectively accomplish its business objectives, AOS Ltd is looking for qualified and competent candidates to support its business operation.
Position
Finance Manager.ž .

Roles and Responsibilities
The Finance Manager is responsible for all-round finance related matters of the company.
ž Lead and supervise accountants of the company to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
• ž Review and provide accounting and tax consultation,
• ž Handle all tax matters; ensure compliance with relevant law and company’s policies
• ž Manage the relationship with main banks and external auditors,
• ž Review and report monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial reports,
• ž Conduct other supporting activities for the request of the line manager.
• ž Monitoring financial position, financial performance and cash flows of the company; revising any discrepancies of reports; and checking the company’s assets and liabilities that could affect its equity in the future.
• ž Monitoring company’s financial planning and forecasting reports
• ž Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• ž Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
• ž Advise on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• ž Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
• ž Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
• ž File the relevant returns

  Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
• ž At the least, more than 5 years of tax accountant experience,
• ž In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in local laws and regulations,
• ž Good understanding of ICT industry,
• ž And good working attitude and communication skills.
Education/ Qualification and Experience
• ž ACCA or CPA with 5 years’ experience in a reputable institution.
• ž Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of accounting or related fields,
