FXB Rwanda in partnership with Rwanda National Industrial Research and Development Agency (NIRDA), is implementing a joint project aimed at producing and commercializing herbal medicinal products in Rwanda. The success of this project hinges on full compliance with the regulatory standards set by the Rwanda Food and Drugs Authority (FDA), including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). To meet these requirements, POSE project wants to do facility renovations and the installation of an HVAC system. These measures ensure the safety, quality, and efficacy of the phytomedicines produced under the project. The tender is divided into two lots:

Lot 1: Facility renovation.

Lot 2: Installation of HVAC System.

FXB Rwanda invites, by the present invitation to tender, bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this tender for the execution of the work stated in the tender document obtained at FXB Rwanda Coordination office located at Ruyenzi, Runda Sector, Kamonyi District or through online at procurement@fxbrwanda.org 

A Compulsory site visit scheduled on 27 February 2025 at 10:00A.M. to 2:00P.M. at NIRDA Research Center located in Huye District at Mukoni. The visit will be led by NIRDA.

Well prepared bids must be submitted at the FXB Rwanda physical address mentioned above no later than March 6^th, 2025 @ 4:00P.M. Electronic copy is not allowed.
