What Do You Need To Become Part Of The Team?
• Be a reputable operating company
• Provide a brief profile of the company. List of directors, their profiles & copies of their IDs. Get references from business associates.
• Copies of company registration documents including the Certificate of Incorporation, Trading License, Tax clearance certificate,
• Income Tax certificate and Withholding tax exemption certificate.

Demonstrate financial stability
• Ability to raise a working capital of at least RWF 500M
• Ability to secure a bank guarantee from a reputable bank; and provide bank statements for the last 6 months.

Demonstrate Customer Satisfaction Capability
• How to keep the customer/shopper top of mind
• Effective distribution and operations plans, with the right truck
• fleet sizes for optimization at different tonnage levels.
• Ability to invest in the right office IT tools as required by the business with dedicated people to manage the business, understand stock patterns, understand on shelf availability (OSA), compliant to online transaction, stock take schedule, quick to adopt replenishment itineraries and able to collaborate with unilever International partners.
