TENDER TITLE: External Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration testing

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc is willing to undergo an External Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) to identify vulnerabilities and risks within its IT infrastructure therefore BK Plc would like to engage local, regional or international service providers to conduct an external VAPT exercise on Bank of Kigali Plc Information Technology Infrastructure. BK Plc hereby invites bids from local, regional or international service providers for the above mentioned services.

Terms of References for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 19^th June 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 11^th July 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf or USD and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, technical proposal, Project team structure, roles and responsibilities, Project Team qualifications with Minimum 5 years of working experience in VAPT consultancy, Company Experience in VAPT Minimum 5 years, provide valid Tax Authority and Social Security Tax Clearance certificates and any other relevant information specified service in the Terms of References.
