Management Science for Health (MSH) is a global nonprofit advisory organization that provides governments, health organizations, and the private sector with the strategies, tools, and management support to effectively and efficiently deliver high-functioning health systems. MSH Rwanda is implementing Health System Strengthening Project, locally known as USAID/IREME project and the Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceutical Services (MTaPS) Program, both funded by USAID.

MSH Rwanda is looking to prequalify reputable and qualified companies for the provision of audit services for inclusion in our vendor Database. The Pre-qualified vendors who meet all requirements will be invited to participate in subsequent closed tenders and request for proposal processes. MSH hereby invites qualified auditing firms /service providers who are interested in working with MSH Rwanda and have the right qualifications and skills to submit an expression of interest. 

Applications are hereby invited for the following categories: 

Expressions of interest are requested with the following information: 

1. Company Profile
2. Company organogram and staff
3. Company information, including company profile, vendor’s physical address, full legal name, email address, website, and contact
4. Company registration certificate that clearly demonstrates legal registration in the category being applied
5. Valid tax registration certificate from Rwanda Revenue
6. Valid clearance from RSSB
7. Valid tax clearance and proof of
8. References from three (3) former or current clients within the past two
9. Be listed on the current approved list of auditing firms by the Rwanda Revenue Authority

Expressions of interest should be e-mailed to rwhssbids@msh.org using the title of the advert and the category number you are applying for.

Application Closing Date:

All EOIs must be submitted via the email stated above no later than Friday 13^th October 2023, 5:00 PM. EOI packages sent later than the mentioned date and time will not be considered. 

MSH reserves the right to modify by written notice the terms of this solicitation at any time in its sole discretion. Issuance of solicitation does not constitute award commitment by MSH. MSH will not compensate Vendors for their response to the solicitation.
