ADVERT FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF A POOL OF RECRUITMENT FIRMS

1.About FAWE Rwanda

The Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) is a membership-based Pan-African Non-Governmental Organization that operates through 34 National Chapters in 33 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa to promote girls’ and women’s education. FAWE’s vision, mission and goal focus on quality of education for girls and women for their socio-economic empowerment.  FAWE Rwanda Chapter started in 1997 and since its inception it has grown to become a reputable partner and focal point on female education in Rwanda.

2.Objectives of this advert:

FAWE Rwanda Chapter hereby invites recruitment firms to express their interest in order to pre-qualify to be in the pool of Firms (data base) to conduct recruitment for FAWE Rwanda for 2024-2026.

FAWE Rwanda therefore invites recruitment firms to submit their expression of interest.

The expression of interest shall include the firm’s experience, technical qualifications and previous proven performance. The following documents should be sent along with the pre-qualification expression of interest.

• Firm profile.
• A copy of trading license from Rwanda Development Board as a recruitment firm.
• Recent Tax clearance from Rwanda Revenue Authority.
• Certificates of good completion of similar work for the last 3 years in Non-Governmental Organizations/private institutions (with their contacts) for both senior and technical staff.
• CVs of at least 3 permanent staff with an experience of three years in the staff recruitment process (not more than 1 page per CV)
• Recent RSSB contributions clearance certificate especially for the 3 permanent staff above mentioned (2023-2024)
• A confirmation that the firm has an Electronic Billing Machine.

N.B. Missing any of the requested documents will lead to the rejection of the bid.

3.Submission of expression of interest.

The requested documents must be submitted at FAWE Rwanda head Office located at Remera in REB premises, not later than 5^th March 2024 at 10:00 am in room number 2 in sealed envelope.

 Late submissions will not be accepted.
