BELLA FLOWERS LTD INVITES ELIGIBLE DISTRIBUTORS OF FRESH CUT FLOWERS ON THE LOCAL MARKET (2 YEARS’ FRAMEWORK DISTRIBUTION CONTRACT)

A complete set of bidding documents in English will be obtained from Bella Flowers Ltd, at its head office at Gishali – Rwamagana (Rwanda) in the procurement office from the above mentioned date (22^nd May 2024), after sending an email with the proof of payment to the mention email of a none refundable fee of RWF 20,000/- (twenty thousand) on the bank account with No 593412329210356 opened in BPR. Before submission of your bid.

Bids shall be submitted by latest 19^th June 2024 at 10:00AM and the bid opening will take place the same day at 10:30AM at Bella Flowers Ltd office at Gishali – Rwamagana.

Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days from the day of bid opening and late bids will be rejected. 

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the procurement manual
