JOB DETAILS:
• Mount Kigali University, formerly Mount Kenya University Rwanda, is looking towards recruiting a Deputy Vice-Chancellor - Research and Academic Affairs. Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor, the ideal candidate will provide Strategic Leadership and Management for Academic and Research division. His/her responsibilities will include curriculum development, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and fostering innovation in education.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Terminal degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Significant administrative experience at a senior level within academia as a dean, registrar or Deputy Vice-Chancellor.
• Proven Research and Scholarly contributions.
• Record of curriculum development and program enhancement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Forward-thinking approach to education and technological integration. Application Process:
