Creative Director - PixelEye
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead PixelEye’s creative team and drive the development of stories that give goosebumps. This role involves more than just managing projects; it’s about designing a creative culture that drives brand impact, developing ideas that redefine storytelling, and elevating PixelEye's reputation as a pioneer in narrative-driven advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and set the creative direction for every project (for Pixeleye & its clients), ensuring it leaves a lasting impression and resonates with audiences.
• Lead, hire, and inspire a team of talented creatives, creating an environment where each team member can thrive and contribute to PixelEye’s mission.
• Present big ideas to clients and stakeholders, with an emphasis on refining and shaping concepts to match both the brand’s essence and the client’s goals.
• Lead projects from start to finish, making sure each concept is high-quality, fresh, and true to the brand’s voice.
• Manage resources, establish budgets, and create realistic schedules that ensure projects are both impactful and achievable.
• Bring the team together to generate ideas within a space where creativity flows freely and every voice is heard.
• Shape the visual direction of campaigns, including compositions in photography/videography and layouts, so that every visual aligns with the story.
• Lead high-level creative decisions that uphold PixelEye’s standards and values and steers the company toward impactful storytelling.
• Keep projects on schedule by tracking progress and coordinating tasks to ensure every deliverable meets PixelEye’s high standards for storytelling and design.
You’re a great fit if you have:
• A bachelor’s or Masters degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or any other related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a track record of delivering innovative campaigns and managing dynamic teams.
• Proficiency in creative tools and platforms, including design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google suite) and project management tools.
• Top notch written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English. (French is an added advantage)
