As the Head of our new Kigali office that has been opened in response to the strong growth in business we have experienced across the African continent, you will apply your expertise to build and lead a dedicated team, ensuring that our technological and commercial milestones are reached. Collaborating seamlessly with our main offices in Malaysia, Malta, and Dubai, you will create a workforce that can secure customer satisfaction and drive business development in Africa. Your role will be pivotal in developing our Kigali office into a scalable shared service provider that will augment the efficiency of our companies around the world. .

What you'll do
• Be the inspiring leader that will drive the Kigali office to improve customer experience, expand the business, and increase profitability.
• Recruit and train top talent to build teams with a firm understanding of clients’ needs and our products and services.
• Establish trust and dialogue throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of the firm's customer support, marketing, and IT programmes.
• Recognize trends and key performance indicators using customer feedback data to enhance customer satisfaction and improve our response times
