Corporate Relationship Manager:
Corporate Relationship Manager is a managerial role reporting to the Country Head of Corporate & Investment Banking, properly and professionally maintaining existing Corporate Banking clients and proactively acquiring new clients in the various target group, identifying client needs and providing tailor made solutions for them.
Main responsibilities:
Source and develop new Corporate Banking Clientele, manages and maintains existing Corporate Banking clientele in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensure all Corporate Banking client servicing processes are compliant to the bank Audit, Risk and Control requirements, build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in chambers, government, business associations, local businesses, local manufacturers and manufacturers associations, build and maintain SLA based strategic relationships with the supporting and enabling functions within the organization, work alongside the Products Team, promote and maintain the highest standards of customer service and manage the performance of all direct reports.
Educational qualifications & Work experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields. Master's degree in above mentioned fields would be an added advantage.
• 3 years+ experience in Commercial or Retail Banking with at least two years managing relationships with clients.
Skills critical to the role:
• Extensive in-depth knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking, Retail and Commercial Banking
• Strategic leadership, with well-developed Business insight
• Planning, organising and monitoring
• Participative leadership, Teamwork, Influencing and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the full MS Office suite
