Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a creative, good content designer, thorough and someone who is able to work quickly Internal Sustainability Content Creator to join our team. The role will report to the Strategic Communication and Change Manager for Sustainability and will be responsible in assist the Strategic Communication & Change Manager for Sustainability in creating a sustainability movement within the company. Based in either Kampala, Kigali or Nairobi the successful candidate will be engaged in supporting the different stakeholder groups in the East Africa region.

Qualifications / Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in communication & design, Marketing and other related fields.
• Have minimum of 18-24 months proven experience in an internal communication role
• Experience in content creation and design for impact minded organizations

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Fluency in English is a must
• Creative storyteller, writer, visual thinker
• Able to design visuals to support stories

• Confident and assertive with a self-motivated approach and flexible attitude
• Have an independent, organized, and flexible approach to managing your time and workload to deliver to a variety of deadlines
