INVITATION FOR TENDER OFFERS

Goshen Finance Plc invites eligible bidders, competent, qualified, and experienced consultants for establishing the new and updating/adapting existing Policies.

The bidding document in English should be found in the administrative Assistant office at Goshen Finance Plc, Head office (located at Remera, Gisimenti, Yyussa plaza building) from Thursday20^th July ,2023 to 3^rd August during working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30pm.

You are kindly requested to come along with the bank slip of 10,000 rwf non-refundable fees paid on Goshen Finance account no 6775011789 opened in Ecobank.

Note that, the submission and opening of financial and technical offer proposals, will be on the same day on 4^th August 2023 at 3pm.
