Tender Notice n° Imbuto/02/2023-2024

Imbuto Foundation invites qualified consultancy firms to submit their proposals, which are divided into two (2) separate lots as follows:

Lot 1: Imbuto/S/02/2023-2024/Audit Firm/11: Consultancy for External Financial Audit Services.

Lot 2: Imbuto/S/02/2023-2024/Strategic plan/12:

Consultancy for Strategic Plan end-line evaluation and development.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) is open on equal terms to all interested consultancy firms fulfilling the requirements herein, operating in Rwanda.

The Request for Proposals in both French and English is available at Imbuto Foundation office/Village Urugwiro from 12th June 2024. Call 0788599172/0788547296, Monday to Friday, in working hours; upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee amounting to Ten thousand Rwandan Francs only (Rwf 10,000)/Lot to Account N° 000400029280491 named "Imbuto Foundation/Operating Fund" opened at Bank of Kigali (BK).

The bid security of one hundred thousand Rwanda Francs (100,000 Rwf) each lot, is required,

Well prepared proposals in English or French, presented in the original documents clearly indicating the name of the Lot title and addressed to Director General, Imbuto Foundation, P.O. Box 7141 Kigali Rwanda, will be submitted at Kimironko «< Maison du quartier » opposite to Bibare Cell's office, not later than July 12th, 2024 at 10 :30 am.

6. The proposals will be opened on July 12th, 2024, at 11:00 am same place, and late bids will be rejected.

7.Those who submit the tenders or their representatives are allowed to attend the opening meeting.
