TENDER NOTICE: N° 003/CP/TD/2024/CEPAR

TITLE OF THE CONTRACT: TENDER FOR THE CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO CONDUCT COFFEE TREES CENSUS COUNTRYWIDE.

CLIENT: Association of Coffee Exporters and processors of Rwanda (CEPAR)

The National Agricultural Export Development Board (NAEB) in partnership with the Association of Coffee Exporters and processors of Rwanda (CEPAR) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in the field to submit their bids for the tender:

THE CONTRACT: TENDER FOR THE CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO CONDUCT COFFEE TREES CENSUS COUNTRYWIDE.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. The companies should be registered with the Trade Register of the Republic of Rwanda.

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from CEPAR Secretariat at NAEB Headquarters, Kigali, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 50,000 (Fifty thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account number 00289-06972526-04 of CEPAR at the Bank of Kigali. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a refundable “Bid Security” of Ten millions Rwandan Francs (10,000,000 RWF) from a Bank or any other recognized financial institution. The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the CEPAR Secretariat at the address given above within 14 days before the opening session.

Well-presented bids, properly bound in sealed envelopes and presented in three copies, one original and its copies, with the title and reference number of the tender you are bidding for, must reach the CEPAR /Secretariat at the above-mentioned address not later than 31/07/2024, at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. The shortlisted bids shall be communicated not later than two weeks from the date of submission. The required documents will be submitted on the following email: info@ceparwanda.org.

• Academic qualification documents and CVs for the company team
• Proof of past work or completion certificates for similar work by a recognized organization or company
• Letter of interest
• RDB certificate for company
• Technical proposal/work plan (to include staffing plan).
