HVP Gatagara Hospital hereby invites interested and competent bidders for the Execution works of the construction to upgradeHVP Gatagara Hospital in Nyanza District Phase I.

Participation in the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises, which are specialized in this specific field and have a valid trading License issued by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB).

The tender document may be obtained from the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. All interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan francs (10,000Rwf) deposited to bank account N^o 443-2153198-11 in BPR (HVP Gatagara). The proof of payment must be presented to obtain the Tender Document.

A compulsory site visit will be conducted under the supervision of HVP Gatagara Hospital on 5th November, 2024 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. local time. The site visit must be done by a staff who will be in bid submission and must present the proof to be a visited company staff.

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security issued by a Bank or Insurance Company registered in Rwanda.

All bids will be submitted physically to the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital not later than 22/11/2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 22/11/2024 at 11:00 a.m. local time. Bidders can participate in the opening of bids.
