TENDER NOTICE

TITLE OF TENDER: CONSTRUCTION OF A STORAGE WAREHOUSE AND OFFICES FOR COOPRORIZ NGIRYI IN GISAGARA DISTRICT, SOUTHERN PROVINCE

Cooperative des Producteurs du Riz dans le marais de Ngiryi (COORPRORIZ – Ngiryi) is a legally registered cooperative; located in Bukinanyana Cell, Musha Sector, Gisagara District in Southern Province of Rwanda. The cooperative is engaged in rice production in Ngiryi marshland. In carrying out this activity for the year 2023 the cooperative has mobilized resources to the CONSTRUCTION OF A WAREHOUSE AND OFFICES at his headquarter at the location mentioned above and would like to contract an experienced company to carry out and complete satisfactory these works. A complete bidding document in English is available starting Wednesday 05/04/2023 on presentation a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000Rwf (Ten thousand Rwanda francs). The sum is to be deposited on the account xxxx0122 /RWF opened with Banque Populaire du Rwanda in the name of Cooproriz Ngiryi

A Compulsory site visit is scheduled on Thursday 13/04/2023 at 11h00 am and will conducted by the Management of COOPRORIZ NGIRYI. The venue for departure is fixed at 11h am local time at the COOPRORIZ NGIRYI office.

Bids must be submitted in hard copies only to the COOPRORIZ Ngiryi office located at the office mentioned above no later than Thursday 20/04/2023 at 11h30 local time.  Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically, the same day in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address above, at 12hoo of the same day.
