Rwanda Wildlife Conservation Association (RWCA) invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the above mentioned tender as indicated in detail in the tender document.
Tender document may be obtained on any working day from 1st march, 2022 At RWCA Finance office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RWF) deposited to Rwanda Wildlife Conservation Association Account No. 10001-2456578 RWF opened at Bank of Kigali RDB Branch
Well bounded and sealed bids, presented in 2 copies one of which marked original and three copies, should be sent to the Finance Office not later than 17th March 2022 at 02:00 pm local time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below on 17th March 2022 at 02:30 pm local time in RWCA Finance office.
The copies will be put into an envelope called « inner envelope » bearing the name and the address of the company. The latter will be also put in another envelope called « outer envelope » bearing in addition to the reference number of the tender notice and marked depending on the tender title and reference number:
N.B: The sites visit is scheduled on 8th March 2022
