TENDER NOTICE N°01/UWASS/2024

TITLE: CONSTRUCTION OF PIG HOUSES AND SUPPLY OF FEED MIXER MACHINE , SCALE/BALANCE AND 5 WATER TANKS (5CM) IN FUMBWE SECTOR-RWAMAGANA DISTRICT

SOURCE OF FUND: Mrs. UWASE ASSUMPTA/BDF

1. Mrs UWASE ASSUMPTA hereby invites by this tender notice, eligible bidders to submit their sealed bids for CONSTRUCTION OF PIG HOUSES IN FUMBWE SECTOR-RWAMAGANA DISTRICT. ( Including Supply of Feeder Mixer Machine, Scale/Balance and 5 Water Tanks (5 CM))  
2. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field. Rwandan firms must be registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Rwanda and having minimum of experience of 5 years in Construction. 
3. Tender Documents (Soft copy) can be obtained from Mrs. UWASE ASSUMPTA office. (Diamond House 2nd Floor, Opposite IPRC KICUKIRO) from 22/10/2024 upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of non-refundable fees of fifty thousand Rwandan Francs (50,000Rwf) deposited to the account N°4003212785435 of UWASE ASSUMPTA at EQUITY BANK .
4. A compulsory site visit will be conducted by the Representative of Mrs UWASE ASSUMPTA. The time and place for departure are fixed on 26/10/2024at 10:00 a.m. local time at Nyagasambu center located in Fumbwe sector. 
5. Well printed bids written in English, properly bound and presented in two copies of which, an original and one copy must reach, in sealed envelopes, the office of Mrs. UWASE ASSUMPTA, at the latest on 29/10/2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time, accompanied by a bid guarantee of four hundred sixty thousand Rwanda francs (46000Rwf), issued by a reputable bank or a registered insurance company. Late bids will be rejected.
6. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same date at 10:30 a.m. prompt local time at Mrs. UWASE ASSUMPTA Office.
7. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 governing public procurement.
