PROJECT:CONSTRUCTION OF ADMINISTRATION, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND RESEARCH BUILDING AT KING FAISAL HOSPITAL RWANDA

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER:22/W/ICB/2024-2025/KFHR

On behalf of King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, you are invited to submit your proposal for the above works.

The proposed building will be located on plot No. UPI: 1/02/07/01/2195. The total building-up area is approximately 7,000 SQM.

The client wishes to engage the successful bidder for the Construction of King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Administration, Education, Training and Research Building.

Tender documents in English may be obtained by email at “procurement@kfhkigali.com” upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee equivalent to ten thousand Rwanda francs (50,000 Rwf) to account number 6675021405 opened in ECOBANK in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda.

The offer shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of minimum 2% of bid amount The Bid security shall be duly signed and sealed by the guarantor and shall be valid until (30) days after the bid validity period.

The compulsory site visit is scheduled on 11/03/2025 at KFH.R, from 10h00 to 12h00 am and the departure for visiting is fixed KFHR, and Procurement Office.

Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies and one original, must reach the Procurement Department at the address mentioned below not later than 15/04/ 2025 at 14:00 pm local time prompt. Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 15/04/ 2025 at 14:30 pm local time in KFHR Board room.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, title of the tender.

The bids submissions shall be valid for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) days after the deadline for Bid submission and will be considered as binding and part of the bid submission for entities shortlisted for the bidding process.
