African Evangelist Enterprise (AEE) Rwanda is implementing Agriculture Project Named: Construction and Rehabilitation of Collective Storage and Primary Processing Facilities, in Nyaruguru and Gakenke Districts

The project has the objective of creating resilient and inclusive food systems in Nyaruguru, Gatsibo and Gakenke districts hence improving on food production, incomes, and nutrition among vulnerable population as well as mobilizing small farmers about food security. In this context AEE Rwanda planned to build the capacities of EU Kungahara and its small farmers by promoting the use of low-cost technologies. Therefore, AEE-Rwanda is looking for potential and qualified bidders to construct storage facilities in the location sites in Mpanda Cell, Kibeho Sector of Nyaruguru district near Kibaza valley and next to Mpanda cell office and Taba Cell, Gashenyi Sector of Gakenke district. You can access the detailed Terms of Reference in the tender document after submitting a non-refundable fee of 10,000 RWF to the AEE-Rwanda account number 100000653181 RWF at Bank of Kigali. Upon receipt of your payment proof via email or WhatsApp at (250) 781417685, you will promptly receive an electronic version of the tender document, eliminating the necessity to visit the AEE Rwanda office in person.

Well bound and sealed bids presented in one copy (original and soft copy via e-mail) should be submitted to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than 12^th, July 2024 at 3:00pm local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at
