TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WAREHOUSE WITH DRYING YARD AND 3 SEPARATE DRYING YARDS AT ZONES. RUGUTI, CYAMURA AND KANOMBE

The management of the KOIMUNYA Cooperative calls upon all interested competent and interested individuals or companies working in construction to bid for the following tender:

• Lot 1: Tender No. 01/2025/KOIMUNYA for the construction works for seed warehouse combined with drying yard located at Muganza/Mavoka/Cimerwa
• Lot2: Tender 02/2025/KOIMUNYA for the construction works for three drying yard located Ruguti, Cyamura and Kanombe

The book (DAO) that contains details about the tender is available at the cooperative head office on all working days from 9.00 am to 17 hrs from Wednesday 29/01/2025 to Tuesday 04/02/2025.

The will be purchased at RWF 10,000 nonrefundable to the KOIMUNYA UMUSARURO account number100008957287 opened in the Bank of Kigali (BK) Bugarama Branch. The site visit will be on Thursday on 06/02/2025 at 09h00 and will be conducted by paying the tender instructions books.

The tender document will be submitted in 4 sealed envelopes which will be addressed to the Cooperative office no later than no later than on Monday 10/02/2025 at 10:00 AM. Documents received after that time will not be accepted. The opening of the envelopes will be held on the same day at 10:30 AM in the meeting room of the KOIMUNYA Cooperative.
