Your New Job
As a Community Manager, you will own the complete customer experience for office Centre. You will be a key component in how the Company is changing the way people work, owning all operations of the Centre while supporting your Area Managers as needed. This will include conducting office tours for prospective customers and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction across your Centre. Through your customer service excellence approach to managing your office community, you will be driving the company’s mission of enabling professionals to do the best work of their lives.
What you’ll need to succeed

• You have a passion for customer service and creating amazing workspace environments
• You’re organized, detail oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You care about service excellence and are committed to your customers
• You’re a self-starter who takes ownership of all tasks, opportunities and issues that arise
• You are an excellent communicator who has a friendly demeanour
• You tackle change head-on and are not afraid of a challenge
• You are a graduate of Business Administration or relevant business Course
• About 4 years of Office Administration and /or Customer Service
