Despite years of engagement, UNIDO’s visibility in Rwanda remains modest. This assign-ment contributes to an effort to bridge that gap through strengthened strategic communica-tions. The selected online volunteer will support the implementation of a communications strategy designed to raise the organization’s visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and document its contributions toward Rwanda’s development.Task Description

Under the supervision of the UNIDO Country Representative or any other designated UNIDO staff and in collaboration with the Country Office team, the Online Volunteer will: Digital Content and Social Media: • Draft, design, and publish social media content (texts, visuals, infographics, short vide-os). • Maintain weekly activity on UNIDO Rwanda’s LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. • Develop and implement a one-month thematic campaign using existing UNIDO Trello video assets. • Monitor digital performance (impressions, reach, engagement) and recommend im-provements. Deliverables include: • Verified and active digital presence on social media platforms. • Minimum 3–4 well-designed social media posts weekly. • Completion of one-month themed campaign. • Prepare communication report with analytics. • Organized library of communication assets.Competencies and values
