JOB DETAILS:
The Rwanda Grains and Cereals Corporation Ltd (RGCC) is a private joint-venture operating in grains storage, handling and trading in Rwanda. RGCC’s major responsibility is to deliver services that will enhance the cereals and grains trading system in Rwanda .

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and booking orders and sales by leading the marketing,
• Promotion and sales of the Company’s Products and Services
• Manage its commercial operations and resources following guidelines and decision made by the Board of Directors and General Assembly
• Possess strong negotiation skills and comprehensive knowledge of the industry you work in.
• Capability to handle high levels of stress and the capacity to meet strict deadlines.
• Develop and propose to Management pricing structures,
• Resolve marketing problems, oversee contractors and develop working relationships with clients.
• Develop marketing strategies and programs and identify potential customers within specific markets or industries.
• Comprehend sales breakdowns and examine customer trends, as well as establish and implement company-level sales goals and objectives.
• Research and discover laws and regulatory practices that aren’t working to meet sales goals and provide new ways to improve these policies.
• Finding sales opportunities, contacting many potential customers.
• Continue to assist the customer with any questions or concerns after the sale is closed.
• Produce regular reports, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis on:
• Purchase Cost Analysis and Sales Reports,
• Maintaining supporting commercial files,
• Budget and Variances (Targets Vs Actual)
• Market intelligence,
