JOB DETAILS:
FINANCIAL SAFETY COMPANY (FISA CO) PLC, is a microfinance institution with its head office in RUBAVU wants to recruit two qualified and competent agents for the position of cashiers who will be based at FISA CO PLC Kigali.

Responsibilities :
• Ensure a good welcome to customers;
• Disburse and collect the sums of money supported by a valid accounting document on customer accounts;
• Maintain cash books;
• Ensure the custody of the institution's funds;
• Provide the Main Cashier with the status of cash available on a daily basis;
• Obtain supplies in a timely manner and justify the cash available to the Caisse Principale;
• Maintain the classification of all Supporting documents;
• Complete the daily closing of the cash register each working day;
• Respect liquidity management security measures;
• Participate in training and other meetings organized by FISA CO PLC;
Respond to other useful inquiries at the request of your superiors

Qualifications :
• Be of Rwandan nationality;
• Have a humanities diploma (A2) in accounting
• Having experience of at least 2 years in a financial institution would be an asset,
• Mastery of IT tools (Microsoft Excel and MS Word), knowledge of accounting software is an asset;
• Be fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French. Mastery of the latter two languages would be an asset;
• Be conscientious;
• Be of good moral character and family and social reputation.
