FES office Rwanda will regularly need different catering services - i.e. for various seminars / conferences and other related occasions.
Due to internal regulations, the FES Rwanda is obliged to conduct a market study.

We need regularly or 2-3 times a month catering services  
The duration of the framework contract is 12 months, renewable for 1 more year if the service is suitable.
The actual volume of services may vary depending on the needs of FES Rwanda.
Further required documents:

• Detailed price list of all your services;
• Short CV or information of your company;
• Proof of the qualifications and professional experience.
