The National Pharmacy Council (NPC) is an independent statutory regulatory organization accountable for the regulation of the pharmacy profession in Rwanda. It has been established by law no 45/2012 of 14/01/2013 relating its organization, functioning, and competence.

The National Pharmacy Council is gearing up for its upcoming 11^th General Assembly, a significant one-day event expected to bring together over eight hundred (800) participants from various sectors of the healthcare industry. As we prepare for this important gathering, NPC is seeking a suitable and experienced hotel partner in Kigali City, compliant with the laws of Rwanda, to host and accommodate our distinguished attendees.

Hotels interested in participating should submit their offers in physical form, enclosed within two sealed envelopes – one containing the original document and its duplicate or online via rwandanpc@gmail.com with mention “Hotel Services Proposal”.' Submissions are to be made not later than Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 10:00 am at the NPC office located in MIC, 4^th Floor or via email.

The bid opening will follow on the same day at 11:00 AM, with bidders or their representatives.

• Determination of the successful Bidder: The tender committee will determine the successful bidder taking into account the administrative, financial evaluation and technical evaluation. The successful bidder will be recommended by the tender committee to enter into the contract awarding process with the National Pharmacy council.

Required documents to be submitted along with a well-prepared price schedule:

1. Duly filled Declaration of commitment addressed to “The National Pharmacy council” as per the annexed format;
2. RDB certificate of business registration;
3. One Reference of similar tender executed or under execution with a Government of Rwanda institution;

Successful bidder will be requested to submit the following document before contract awarding:

1. Updated Clearance of RSSB and RRA;
2. Proof that the company employs competent and experienced staff (e.g. CV of Hotel Manager);
