1. About Mantis Akagera Game Lodge

Mantis Akagera Game Lodge stands on a hill at the southern tip of the Akagera National Park elevated above the savannah with exceptional views of Lake Ihema with 60 rooms, suites, a conference centre, restaurant and bar.

2. Background

Mantis Akagera Game Lodge, a local company registered under TIN: 10037436 hereby invites local qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids to supply and deliver restaurant table linens as per the specifications listed below. This call for express of interest aims to enhance the presentation and décor of the lodge’s restaurant and banquet services.

3. Restaurant Linen Specifications

Note: All materials should be suitable for hotel use: durable, washable, and of good aesthetic quality.

4. Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders wishing to express their interests must provide the following:

• Valid Rwandan business registration certificate
• Valid VAT certificate for private companies
• Valid RRA Tax clearance certificate
• Valid RSSB clearance certificate
• Proof of experience in supplying similar materials to the hotels (proven by good completion certificates stamped and signed)
• Financial proposals should be VAT inclusive
• Samples swatches or photos of proposed fabric/materials to be provided

6. Delivery Timeline

• RFP Issuance date : 26/06/2025
• Submission deadline : 06/07/2025
• Delivery date :12/07/2025

All items must be delivered within 5 days from the date of the contract signing.
