ACQUISITION OF 10 METALLIC LIBRARY SHELVES FOR KIRAMURUZI CAMPUS

1. Introduction

The University of Technology and Arts of Byumba (UTAB), through its Kiramuruzi Distance and Open Learning Facility(DOLF), invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit applications for the acquisition of 10 Metallic Library Shelves. UTAB is committed to enhancing the learning environment and resources available to its students and faculty members, and this procurement is a critical step in achieving that goal.

Type of Shelves: Metallic, suitable for library use, length: 2.5m, width: 1m

Delivery and Installation: The supplier must deliver and install the shelves at Kiramuruzi Library Campus as per the university's requirements.

3. Eligibility Criteria

a. Interested suppliers must provide evidence of previous experience in supplying metallic shelves of similar specifications.

b. Suppliers must have a valid business registration and all necessary permits to operate in Rwanda. c. Suppliers must demonstrate financial capability to fulfill the contract.

4. Application Submission:

a. Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Application for Acquisition of 10 Metallic Library Shelves" to UTAB receptionist office at Byumba

b. The deadline for Submission Wednesday, 11th October 2023 at 12:00am

5. Technical Specifications

a. The metallic shelves must be of high quality, durable, and suitable for library use.

b. Dimensions and design specifications will be provided upon request.

6. Evaluation Criteria

a. Applications will be evaluated based on the supplier's experience, pricing, quality of products, and

7. Contract Award

a. The contract will be awarded to the supplier that meets the university's requirements and offers the most competitive pricing.
